Hi,
I am just writing to thank you for recommending the Chambres et table d’hotes of Lucy & Leif Vinter in Espère. You gave us their telephone number when we enquired for accomodation three weeks ago and we stayed there a week ago (12-16 August).
We found it thoroughly enjoyable. Our hosts could not have been more welcoming, helpful and generous. The accomodation and surroundings were very relaxing and perfect for city-escapees such as ourselves. We really enjoyed quiet local walks to Caillac and the River Lot and to Douelle. The accomodation had the possibility to self-cater, but also the food and wine that our hosts were able to provide was very, very good and couldn’t be faulted.
We have no hesitation in recommending this as a great place to stay and hope you continue to pass the word on to other visitors, so that they can enjoy it as much as we did.
We are back home now with very fond memories of our four day stay near Cahors.
